The Committee on Government Organization moved to amend the bill on page three, section three, line sixty-five, after the words “of household goods” by changing the period to a colon and inserting the following proviso: Provided, That the vehicles and their operators are subject to safety and insurance regulations promulgated by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.
